It would seem like Toon starlet Haris Vučkić is trying his hand at a bit of media work.
The 19-year old is back in his native Slovenia – as he recovers from a season ending knee injury to return for the next campaign.

In the meantime, he watched his fellow Slovenia U21 team-mates beat Malta U21′s 2-1 from the gantry. He was working for http://www.sportklubtv.si/ and will be in the same chair this coming Tuesday as Slovenia U21 take on their Finland counterparts.
According to Slovenian football fan Nejc Flander:
“Haris was very quiet in the first half, but became more relaxed and confident in the 2nd half.
“He discussed his time in England, said he was still good friends Andy Carroll and it was special to play at Anfield for Newcastle last season.
“He said he was slightly nervous to be in the starting XI for Newcastle but it was a great experience.
“He also said the time on loan at Cardiff improved him and he’s looking to break into the NUFC first team next season.”
Vučkić spent a month on loan at Cardiff City last season, playing five times and scoring once. However, after being called back to Tyneside to cover for injuries, the youngster suffered a serious knee injury in training which ruled him out for the season.
Vučkić signed for Newcastle from NK Domžale in January 2009. He is contracted to Newcastle until 2016.
